Productions
At the production leg of Media with Mo, our mission is clear: To create real opportunities for Black creatives and Women of Colour—brilliant, highly skilled individuals who too often go unseen in Canada’s film industry. We believe talent shouldn’t be overlooked, and it’s our personal commitment to change that narrative. By centering those historically pushed to the margins, we’re not just making films — we’re building a future where representation is real, and excellence is seen.
Here’s a look at some of the work my team and I have been part of — and we’re beyond excited to have three short films headed to the festival circuit in 2025: Cold Ride, Perils of Otranto, and Maneater.
